                        1.         Assess current treatment adequacy-both horizontal & vertical

                        3.         Coordinate with employers for jobs

                        4.         Coordinate with treatment team

                        5.         Disseminate information about drug court

            B.        Early Intervention A:

                        1.         Recognition brochures

                        2.         Procedures for reporting effectively

            C.        Early Intervention B – Schools-Administrators/Safe Schools Healthy Students(SSHS):

                        1.         Assessment

                        2.         Educational Programming (Ex. Prisoner program; demonstration of court held in school facility)

            A.        Retail & Businesses

                        1.         Replicate Oklahoma Project

            B.        Housing/Real Estate

                        1.         Neighborhood watch

                        2.         Keep methamphetamine use and production out

                        3.         Develop a mechanism for reporting

                        4.         Identification of hazards and liabilities

                        5.         Methods to protect the public from purchasing contaminated

                                    homes

            C.        Child Protection

                        1.         Develop a “Methamphetamine Child Endangerment Response

                                    Protocol” or teams

                        2.         Effectively protect children from the production process

                        3.         Clean-up protocol

            A.        Law Enforcement Consultants

                        1.         Criminal Court – partial release; drug test 3 times per week; immediate

                                    revoking of bond
